Dr. Josh Binstock
Director of Recovery & Clinical Operations
Josh has over five years of clinical chiropractic experience. He is a two-time volleyball Olympian, having represented Canada at the 2012 London and 2016 Rio Games. Additionally, he represented Canada at the 2015 Toronto Pan-American Games. Josh has vast experience providing rehabilitation treatment for patients with severe injuries, and enhancing the performance of elite athletes.
Emma Dolphin
Director of performance & operations
Emma is an experienced personal training coach and retired elite level athlete. She was awarded the female athlete of the year at Duke University and represented her country on the Canadian National Rowing team. She is a two-time World's Medalist and was awarded Female Crew of the Year.
Dr. Tori Cowley
Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Tori Cowley graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. She went on to pursue her Medical degree from The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Tori travels internationally representing Canada in beach volleyball on the International World Tour.
Jordon Querino
Registered Massage Therapist
Jordon is an RMT who is passionate about enhancing and making a difference with your performance, whether it be on the court or in the conference room. He views his sessions as a joint collaboration, a mix of treatment, education and individualized home care. He has experience his share of injuries and this has led him down a path of self learning on how to manage and improve from these setbacks. He knows no injury is too great to overcome and is motivated to share this knowledge with his patients.
Dr. Kyle McCasey
Chiropractor
Dr. McCasey graduated from Queen’s University and went on to earn her Doctorate of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), where she graduated summa cum laude. She is also certified in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, Active Release Therapy (ART), and Foundations in Functional Assessment. Dr. McCasey has been involved in competitive sports her whole life. She competed as a member of the Queen’s University Women’s Rowing team and swam competitively for eleven years.
Evgeny Manuylov
Physiotherapist
Evgeny graduated with a Bachelor of Biological and Medical Sciences, with an Honors Specialization in Physiology, from Western University. He then went on to complete a Masters of Physical. As an avid athlete throughout his life, he understands the importance of rehabilitation and the value of living life pain-free following many of his own sports injuries. Evgeny plays various sports such as volleyball, basketball, boxing, tennis, and weightlifting. He is also the head coach of Venom Volleyball's 17U club team.
Emily Kawaguchi
Chiropractic Student & Aethos Front Desk
Emily graduated from the University of Toronto (UofT) with her Bachelors of Kinesiology with Honours, returning to complete her Masters of Professional Kinesiology. She has also competed for Canada internationally in beach volleyball at the Youth and Junior World Championships. She is currently studying at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) working towards becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic. You will see Emily's smiling face at our reception helping out with all your scheduling needs.
Kennedy Hindley
Strength Coach
Kennedy graduated from UBC with his Bachelor of Human Kinetics. While attending UBC, he was a member of the varsity men’s soccer team, where he was a multiple time Academic All-Canadian. A life-long athlete competing in a variety of sports, Kennedy also holds provincial powerlifting records. He is currently completing his Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). Kennedy fills various roles at Aethos, including active rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and personal training.
Diedre Edwards
Personal Trainer
Diedre graduated from University of Toronto with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. She lead the U of T Varsity Basketball team as a point guard for four years. Diedre is passionate about improving well-being through active rehabilitation and exercise. She has a keen eye for proper movement sequencing and will hold you accountable to your form but also be your cheerleader and motivator along the way. She is currently training for a 10k run with her main goal to complete a full marathon.
