Emma Dolphin
Director of Performance & Operations
Emma is an experienced personal training coach and retired elite level athlete. She was awarded the female athlete of the year at Duke University and represented her country on the Canadian National Rowing team. She is a two-time World's Medalist and was awarded Female Crew of the Year.

Diedre Edwards
Performance & Strength Coach
Diedre graduated from University of Toronto with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. She lead the U of T Varsity Basketball team as a point guard for four years. Diedre is passionate about improving well-being through active rehabilitation and exercise. She has a keen eye for proper movement sequencing and will hold you accountable to your form but also be your cheerleader and motivator along the way. She is currently training for a 10k run with her main goal to complete a full marathon.

Mark Baxter
Performance & Strength Coach
Mark obtained a Bachelors in Human Kinetics with a minor in Human Nutrition from St. Francis Xavier University and completed a Masters in Fitness Science at York University. Mark has spent the last 10 years learning, practicing and perfecting proper movement patterns, which he eagerly shares through his informative coaching style. Mark works closely with his clients to understand their lifestyle and listens to their specific needs to help them reach their particular fitness and performance goals.

Kennedy Hindley
Performance & Strength Coach
Kennedy graduated from UBC with his Bachelor of Human Kinetics. While attending UBC, he was a member of the varsity men’s soccer team, where he was a multiple time Academic All-Canadian. A life-long athlete competing in a variety of sports, Kennedy also holds provincial powerlifting records. He is currently completing his Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). Kennedy fills various roles at Aethos, including active rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and personal training.

Whether you want to lose weight, work on your form, or build muscle, no fitness goals are too big or small. Our personal trainers will work with you and create a personalized program designed specifically for you.  We also can do direct billing to your insurance provider for our services.
